As part of a special educational alliance, ACTE is pleased to feature experts from the renowned Disney Institute who will address the management philosophies and strategies that help a corporate culture adapt to the new realities of globalisation. Based on the experience of the Walt Disney World Resort, this session will examine how a global company with a well-defined culture and brand translated its vision to theme parks in Paris and Hong Kong, including key successes and lessons learned.
