Is your company prepared for the move to sourcing in travel? Travel has traditionally reported to Human Resources, Finance, and several other departments. Today, there is a clear trend towards aligning Travel with Procurement due to similarities in supplier and contract management. However, some feel that there are too many differences to warrant that alignment.
