The HSA Rating System

Already considered as the catalyst to evolve the hotel program management practice by several major corporations and hotel companies, the HSA Rating System helps travel managers and hotel sales executives to standardize the assessment of both the business a corporation brings to a hotel, and the value a hotel brings to the corporation, through a scorecard and value maps. 

The system also gives travel managers a comprehensive view of their company's hotel program performance.  Key performance indicators (KPI’s) are laid down to assess the present state of the program and to prescribe a course of action for improvement (to generate savings in real financial terms).  In addition, it gives hotel sales executives the ability to find new quantitative corporate business.

The HSA rating system is a web based application in which both, companies and hotels have the ability to describe in a very objective way what they have to offer as a partner in a hotel program as well as what they expect from a partner, give a weight to each preferred attribute and see what percentage of the expected value they either receive or deliver in a hotel deal through a score card.
