Caro Cook
International Monetary Fund
As senior transportation officer of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Caro Cook is responsible for the strategic development and operational management of a travel unit serving 3,500 international travelers. Her responsibilities include development of the transportation policy and compliance; major supplier contract negotiation and contract management; and research, development and implementation of all travel technology. Previously, Cook founded and directed a consultancy where she worked on varied projects in the incentive and corporate events arena. Cook holds an MBA from Huron University, London, and is a member of ACTE and NBTA.
Cook has been an ACTE member (US Region) for over 7 years. She has been actively involved in regional forum and global conference planning committees. In the spring of 2003 Caro was the recipient of the ACTE President's Award which recognizes an ACTE Member for outstanding service to their colleagues through association programs. Most recently she co-chaired the ACTE Global Conference, April 24-26, 2003 in Las Vegas.

Victoria Fernández
e-Travel, amadeus online solutions
Victoria Fernández, head of global marketing for e-Travel, amadeus online solutions, has been involved in the corporate travel industry since joining this business unit in July of 2000, the same year she became a member of ACTE (US Region). During this time, she has been involved and instrumental in the positioning of online solutions as a fully dedicated team under that Amadeus umbrella organization, first as Corporate Partners to its integration and re-branding as a separate business unit under its present name, e-Travel, in March of 2001.
She holds the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for all central marketing activities and driving awareness initiatives and marketing programs throughout EMEA, AP and LA with e-Travel local distribution and key travel agency and development partners.
- Responsible for e-Travel branding and key messages with the focus that they address customer needs.
- Aligning market strategies to central sales objectives, and providing consulting for local distribution marketing plans to do the same.
Key to Victoria's activities is her customer focus: she has spent the better part of the past two years meeting with corporate travel customers and prospects to be aware of industry trends affecting their business, get
a feel for what they are looking for with respect to corporate booking tools and services and finding out what factors they need to take into account when making decisions regarding corporate travel management.
Previous to her work with e-Travel, Victoria spent three years with Amadeus Asia Pacific and Latin American markets organization as business development manager, aligning best practices amongst the region and researching business opportunities.
Before Amadeus, Victoria was with Ingersoll-Rand company, based in the US, as part of its competitive intelligence unit.

Susan Hopley
TRX
Susan Hopley, the Executive Vice President of Emerging Markets for TRX, the travel industry's largest transaction processing and fulfillment organization. In this capacity, Susan is responsible for exploring new technologies, processes, and developing business models that are positioned to have a dramatic impact in the travel industry.
Prior to TRX, Susan founded and ran International Software Products (ISP) in 1993, with which she leveraged her extensive international background to build a successful global data company. ISP was acquired by TRX in 1999. At ISP, Susan worked directly with corporations from which she developed an understanding and appreciation of the travel landscape from the travel managers' perspective. Susan began her career in the travel industry as an owner of a small agency which was acquired by a mega. With wide-ranging industry experience and a decidedly international bias, Hopley is committed to ACTE's both for its global presence and as the source for industry education and knowledge.
Susan Hopley has over ten years active involvement in ACTE (US Region), including work on conference educational committees, both domestic and international, and regular speaking engagements. She has worked in the travel industry for 18 years. Recognized as one of the travel industry's Most Powerful Women by Travel Agent Magazine in August 2002, Hopley was also named among the corporate travel industry's Top 25 Influential Executives by Business Travel News in 1997.

Barry M. Lemley, CTC
ARC
Barry Lemley joined ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) in 1988 as Director, Accreditation and Database Management. In that capacity, he managed the record growth of the industry's US point of sale distribution outlets. He now leads the Emerging Markets division where his team's mission is to identify and foster the integration of new business models and technology into ARC. Prior to joining ARC, Lemley held a number of distribution positions in the U.S. and overseas with Pan American World Airways and Garber Travel of Boston.
He is responsible for ARC's Direct Connections product and related worldwide electronic commerce efforts with ATA and IATA to establish cost effective growth of the online channel.
In the business travel market, Lemley has strategic responsibility for ARC's corporate travel direction and data policy. As part of this role, he has successfully directed ARC's Corporate Travel Department (CTD) program for which he was named one of the Most Influential Executives in the Business Travel Industry by BTN. In his spare time he enjoys industry and community volunteer work and serves as President of his congregation's church council.
Barry has been actively involved with ACTE (US Region) for over 15 years in various roles, participating in numerous ACTE regional, national and international forums including addressing the first ACTE congress in Miami in 1988. During this time he has witnessed first hand how ACTE's passionate leadership has led a start up organization to become a global industry voice.
Lemley believes that his position at ARC provides unique direct insight and interaction with future global channel developments that will be critical to the success of all ACTE member companies. He derives great personal benefit in strategic challenges and the energy provided by working in a collaborative effort with industry professionals. Barry enjoys strong support from ARC management and staff for his ACTE efforts and, if elected, looks forward to devoting considerable energies to represent the broad interests and success of all ACTE members.

Angela Naegele
AT&T;
Angela Naegele is Procurement Director of AT&T;'s Global Travel, Administrative Supplies/Services, and Expense organization. In her role in the Supplier Management Division, Angela has responsibility for AT&T;'s end-to-end global processes and supplier relationships in these areas. Angela's current responsibilities include global travel policy, negotiation and operations in the areas of airlines, hotels, rental cars, meetings/events, travel agencies, online booking, corporate credit cards (T&E; and Procurement Card), employee expense reporting, and administrative supplies and services. Angela has ten years of experience with AT&T; and in the travel industry. She has been an active member of ACTE since 1998 and served on the board since 2001. Angela received a BA in International Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Angela has been an active member of ACTE (US Region) since 1998 and served on the ACTE Board of Directors since 2001. Angela currently chairs the CAPPSII Task Force which works closely with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to communicate member concerns and insights on TSA projects such as the Registered Traveler program and CAPPSII. She also is heading up the newly formed Sarbanes-Oxley Task Force which will provide immediate direction to the industry on new auditing guidelines. If elected Angela is committed to the global focus of the association and its ability to connect the membership worldwide.

Tracey Randell
Viacom UK
Tracey Randell is Travel Manager for Viacom UK, the world's largest media and entertainment company. Tracey began her career in the travel industry in 1984 as a retail travel consultant for Harvey Thomas Travel. In a 19 year career Tracey has fulfilled a number of varied roles within the travel industry which have included: implant manager/BMG records, Account Manager Entertainment for American Express and TBA, Account Director at Cable & Wireless and Sales Executive for the newly launched Ian Schrager properties: St Martins Lane and Sanderson hotels,
Tracey made the transition from supplier to buyer three years ago, having been put forward as the candidate ideally suited for Viacom's newly created Travel Manager position. Since joining Viacom, Tracey has been instrumental in consolidating Viacom's multi-million pound expenditure through one travel agency. Through her considerable negotiation and diplomacy skills, Tracey has significantly increased travel policy adherence, whilst achieving significant cost savings. By way of a number of smart initiatives and best practice all the Viacom companies, each of which is a very strong brand in its own right, has seen the wisdom of adopting the Group's overall strategy. It is testament to Tracey's hard work and powers of persuasion that such independently-minded organisations have chosen to work with her towards a common goal.
Highlight of the Viacom calendar is the annual MTV European Music Awards, whose travel and logistics fall within Tracey's remit. This event is a hugely complex, high profile project to manage, with much at stake in light of the level of publicity it generates and the celebrities involved, who all require very careful handling.
Tracey is a firm believer in ACTE (EMEA Region), and through her own membership has benefited greatly from the educational and networking opportunities that ACTE provides. If chosen as an ACTE board member Tracey will bring with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, together with the communication skills necessary to be a real asset to the organisation. Tracey is committed in doing all possible to ensure that ACTE continues to be the leading travel industry organisation.
