Education Breakout Sessions

9:00 AM - Corporate Air Travel: The Love/Breakup Letter Exercise (Buyers Only)

As Corporate Travel Managers, we have relationships with many brands and suppliers. There are some aspects of these relationships that we love, appreciate and come to rely on. And there are some aspects (let’s be honest), we detest and do whatever it takes to avoid them. Air spend is generally the biggest expenditure in any travel program. Writing a letter is a perfect way to tap into the emotional connections we have with our air travel suppliers and find way to promote their best attributes or fix the features that are broken. Join us for this first of a kind session at an ACTE event and use this as an opportunity to influence the future of corporate air travel.

No pitches, no PowerPoint, no formal presentation- just an open exchange of ideas and opinions related to:
  • What are the barriers to providing traveler safety training?
  • What are the different types of traveler safety training available
  • What type of training can be managed internally and when is it best to outsource this function
  • What are other ways to share traveler safety information and tips that don’t fit the conventional idea of “training”
