Cancellation Policy: The Guest will be responsible for all room charges guaranteed by individual’s credit card at the time of booking. All reservations must be accompanied by a 1 night deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card by the participant. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by a valid credit card. (Deposit will be charged at the release date) No cancellation fee will occur before 21 days prior the arrival. In the case of cancellation of the reservation after the 23rd of September 2018, the deposit is non-refundable and the full amount of the cancelled stay is charged to the given credit card. “No show” (rooms not occupied by the participants) will be charged to the client on the basis of the full stay.
