An informal panel discussion to stimulate conversation around the challenges, opportunities and limitations of consolidating and operating a global, multinational or regional travel programme.

With input from the audience, the panel will debate whether it's possible to negotiate and manage global contracts; identify the market commonalities that can enable a multi-national programme to work; vs the service, technological, financial and cultural variations that may hinder success. They will also try and establish the tipping point that determines whether the effort is worth the investment.
