A recent AirPlus International/ACTE whitepaper examined the current travel management landscape to determine whether it will return to pre-recession conditions or if it is forever changed. According to respondents, many travel professionals are not anticipating a corrective swing of the pendulum. If that is true, then travel managers need to distinguish between cyclical conditions and permanent changes.
