Michele Ferrari joined HRG North America in 1994 as part of the Corporate Consulting group, bringing a keen understanding of both industry dynamics and client objectives. In 1995, she was promoted to Director, Client Management, Ontario Region where she managed relationships with some of the largest clients. In 1999, she assumed responsibility as Director, National Corporate Consulting and was responsible for the development and launch of the Corporate Consulting Playbook, HRG North America's proven consulting methodology framework, created to drive tangible savings for HRG North America clients. In 2000 she was appointed Vice President, Client Management where she focused on ensuring that innovations in consulting practices were disseminate to clients nationwide. Under her leadership, she has pioneered HRG North America's client management strategy in Canada; ensuring clients receive real value that is results driven. Furthermore, she has positioned HRG North America as a front runner in the corporate travel industry. In 2006, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Managed Clients and will concentrate on building teams and solutions that provide enhanced deliverables to the customer base throughout North America.
Prior to joining HRG North America, Michele was a business owner in the catering industry. She attended the University of Waterloo, is a former board member of the Canadian Business Travel Association (CBTA), and a member of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE). Additionally, she is a frequent speaker for ACTE power talks, Federated Press and other industry associations.
