*In order to qualify for the member rate, an individual must be a member at least through the dates of the conference. Any member expiring prior to the conference and not renewing their membership will be charged the non-member rate.
**A guest is a spouse/ significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration category. Registered guests may participate in all official social events, meal functions and general sessions. Registered guests are not eligible to attend the education sessions.

Waiver of Liability
By completing this registration form, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby knowingly and freely release, indemnify and hold harmless The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), and all of their officers, directors, managers, partners, member, employees, and volunteers (collectively, 'released parties') from all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, or other legal rights to claim compensation for any loss or injury (including death) which I may sustain as a result of negligence or fault, or the condition of the premises, or any other cause whatsoever, whether loss or injury occurs while participating in, going to, or coming from such activity.
As a result, I am able to participation ACTE events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I expressly agree that this waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Law wherein such activities may occur, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the remainder hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All transferred or cancelled registrations will be charged a fee of $125 CAD. In addition, on transferred registrations additional fees may be charged relating to the price difference between member and non-member rates, as well as current registration rates. Cancellations received on or prior to 16 October 2009 will receive a credit, less cancellation fee to their ACTE account. Credits will be valid for use for 12 months from the date they were entered as a credit and may be used for future ACTE events or membership dues. After 12 months, the credit will expire without exception. No credit or refund will be given for cancellations received after 9 October 2009 or for no-shows. Any change to a registration, including the addition of a promotion code, will be charged a $50 administration fee.
If this event is cancelled due to reasons beyond ACTE's control, ACTE reserves the right to retain a $210 CAD processing fee for all conference registrations.
